The term “Marisa Helene”, “us”’ or “we” refers to the owner of the website provided solely for the personal use for the sale of clothing, accessories and other “items”. The term “you” refers to the user or viewer of our website.

We have used every precaution and skill in building our website but cannot accept liability for any specific material on the website. Every care is taken in the digital reproduction of the images used however constraints in digital reproduction, computer display variations and differences in web browsers means colour reproduction of products may not precisely match the actual supplied product.

 

2. Making a purchase

Orders

Currency: Your card will be charged in the currency: GBP £, (EUR €, USD $, AUD on application) . Please note, the purchase currencies you choose from may be restricted by your shipping destination.


The price displayed to you at the checkout is the price you pay. This will not vary later whatever currency fluctuations occur. Refunds will also be set the price you paid not the price in the currency concerned at the date of refund.


All of our items are carefully checked before leaving the premises and controlled by our Dispatch team to ensure the highest level of care is taken with your item. On occasion, we may include photos, videos of delicate pieces which leave us for your assurance. Where provided, we include authenticity cards, dust bags and designer tags. If you receive an item which is damaged, please contact us immediately.


We advise ordering from Marisa Helene with enough time to prevent any loss or disappointment for special occasions.


If your order cannot be delivered within the timeframe specified – you will be notified, and we will do our upmost to rectify the situation as quickly as possible. 


All new orders are deemed separate, and each is treated individually. On occasion, whereby multiple orders are made we may contact you regarding delivery to remain economically friendly.


Orders may be delivered to an address other than the billing address, e.g., a gift item or to a work address. This should be notified to us by email marisa@marisahelene.co.uk at the earliest convenience. We may check as a security precaution the cardholder’s registered email address and home address.


Cancellations

You have the right to cancel your order. Should you wish to cancel your order for any item purchased on this website, please notify us as soon as possible via email marisa@marisahelene.co.uk . On an occasion whereby your order has already been dispatched please refer to our Returns Policy.

If you make a purchase that qualifies for a discount and you wish to return or cancel the item, you will receive a refund that includes the discount originally given. If you make several purchases and return one or some of the items, the discount will be a pro rata percentage of the discount originally given, based on the cost of the item(s).


Delivery

We use couriers DPD, Parcelforce & Royal Mail to ship all of our orders. The relevant import taxes and duties will apply. Please see our Delivery Policy for further information regarding this.


We deliver Worldwide to over 100 countries, if we do not deliver to your country you will prevented from selecting the country at the point of ordering.

We aim to deliver your chosen items to the place and person of your choice, in perfect condition and in the shortest possible time. Our delivery charges and shipping timeframes are dependent on your shipping destination. Please refer to our Delivery Policy to view timings and incurred costs. This times may vary during busy periods and used as a guide only.


Marisa Helene cannot take responsibility for delays owing to customs clearance or payment issues. All purchases are insured by us while in transit until it is delivered to you. If you wish to track your parcel, please refer to the email you were sent containing your tracking number or email us marisa@marisahelene.co.uk and we can assist your further.

Delivery T&C's: Next day delivery available on UK orders only - when ordered before 2pm Mon-Fri, Delivery may be delayed during busy periods. Dispatched using DPD Next Working Day service & DHL Express Worldwide.

 

Returns & Exchanges

Customer satisfaction is always our top priority, and as such we handle each query on an order an individual basis. While we hope you are pleased with your new item(s), we understand that on occasion, you may not be perfectly satisfied with your goods and we will offer you a full refund.

Please refer to our Returns & Exchanges Policy to ensure we can process this as quickly as possible.


You have 14 days from receipt of order to request your return. Returns within the 28-day window may be accepted at our discretion.

Returns that are soiled, damaged or returned without their original labels may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer. Please refer to our

We do not accept returns on jewellery.


Our Returns Policy does not affect your statutory rights in any way.


Refunds

Marisa Helene wants to ensure your complete satisfaction with the items. You have 14 days from receipt of order to request your return. Returns within the 28-day window may be accepted at our discretion.


For online purchases and in-store returns – items must be in the original condition, unworn and saleable with the original swing tags in place for a full refund to be processed. Footwear should be returned unmarked, with the original box.

You may be refused a refund if:


·       The item had a fault when purchases and this was notified to you

·       The item has been damaged trying to repair (a partial refund may be offered)

·       You no longer want an item (due to wrong colour / size) due to a change in complexion or fit over a long period of time 

 

3. Pricing & VAT

All prices shown on our product and listing pages are inclusive of VAT. If you are in the UK the price displayed to you at checkout is the price you pay. This will not vary later whatever currency fluctuations occur.


If the country of shipment is outside of the UK but within the EU and dependent territories prices will be shown in euros inclusive of Vat.

However, all other countries for Rest of World customers have the option to opt out, this should be requested to us via email marisa@marisahelene.co.uk .

For all shipping destinations, if opting out to pay duty up front – it is your responsibility to request this and claim for this amount back. If you decide to opt out, the courier may contact you or us to confirm your identity, address and confirmation of your order.


Refunds will also be set at the price you paid not the price in the currency concerned at the date of the refund.

 

4. Promotions & Special Offers

You may occasionally receive special offers from us, via email, through promotional materials or via Marisa Helene.


Special offers and (or) promotions  cannot be used in conjunction with another offer at Marisa Helene. Each code is unique, has no monetary value and under no circumstances can be converted into currency. Each offer and promotion has an expiry date, which will be stated at the time of promotion. Some offers may be redeemed both in store and online, or when specified, for online purchases only. Again, promotion or special offer should be followed in accordance with its terms which will be stipulated at the time of announcement.


Any refund of an item purchased under special offer or promotion will not include the amount to be refunded and be processed at the price paid on completion of order.


Under no circumstances can the value of an offer or promotion be deducted from an order if the date has expired.

Some offers may only be used once per order / per customer.


5. Credit Card

If you request delivery to an address other than the credit card statement address, we reserve the right to delay or cancel despatch unless the delivery address can be verified. Our secure credit card processor does not disclose credit card or personal details to us.
